John Macarthur Named his Ministry IBEX, which is a Wild Goat

In the bible, God refers to some people as goats. Unlike the sheep He shepherds, goats are people who are rebellious and in opposition to God.  Jesus is returning soon to separate His sheep from the goats.  

Why has John Macarthur named his ministry, IBEX, which means a wild goat? Is John Macarthur letting us know that he's also rebellious and in opposition to God?
